From the movie "Chaplin", 1992, directed by Richard Attenborugh. When Charlie Chaplin (here played by Robert Downey, Jr.) deciced to make fun of Hitler by making the movie "The great dictator" he got into the sights of J.Edgar Hoover, the head of the FBI. Hoover immediately decoded Chaplin's famous final speech in that movie as being a criticism not only of Nazi-Germany but of the United States as well.
