| kenpojujitsu3 ::: Favorites 2007-06-10 19:08:25 No. I don't believe any one system is the best. They all have pluses and minuses. __________________________________________________ | |
| Kane508 ::: Favorites 2007-06-11 16:48:55 lol poor guy. Those cobra holds are painful. I learned one of them last week. I wish I could have gotten my black belt under him back when he was still alive. __________________________________________________ | |
| FleetLn ::: Favorites 2007-06-13 04:09:55 I was fortunate enough to have been able to work with him on two occasions, I did a commercial for Nick Cerio's and also to just train with him. Professor Cerio was one of the nicest and funniest professors to ever learn from as you could see in this video. This video shows him as he truly was. Thank you for posting this. __________________________________________________ | |
| EngineFuel ::: Favorites 2007-07-01 22:54:28 Wow, this guy is cute and deadly! He makes it look so effortless, a true master. Kewl. __________________________________________________ | |

| nicesoup ::: Favorites 2007-07-23 13:29:37 I studied with 'Sifu' Cerio (as we called him then) back when I was 11 and 12 years old in 1974-75 in RI. He was my first martial arts instructor. He was such a great teacher and an inspiration. It is so nice to still be able to see him and hearing his voice again brings me right back to that time. thanks! __________________________________________________ | |
| hom3slicez ::: Favorites 2007-08-07 17:30:13 Too bad I started in 99, a year after he passed. I wish that I could have had the chance to at least meet him. __________________________________________________ | |
| Kyle359 ::: Favorites 2007-08-16 22:46:31 I'm in Val-Belair, Quebec, with United Studios of Self Defence. I showed this video to my instructor, and he was overjoyed to see Prof Cerio teaching. __________________________________________________ | |
