yes. it is crimped though with pliers. the original hole was too big it sucked the flame in a blew up our bubbler. be careful though, crimp it too much and ur torch wont perform well, so do it a little at a time.

Awesome fellas. This is where the change happens showing that the technology works. Glad to see the "Clam Shell" Design being used. Keep up the great work. Currently I am trying to fit this 5-Shell parallel cell together. Keep working on more projects, look forward to seeing more videos..

Now you have a new tool, some refinement and your ready for micro welding or something like that. COOL keep going. Bet when the bubbler blew you got a funny expression on your face, I did ;)

well we have a bubbler inline just in case. but on this run we had plenty of gas pressure. the only way it owuld get back to the cell is if it didnt have sufficient pressure. on our newer setup we put a cigarette filter in the tube right before the nozzle and that has stopped all flashbacks. we are even turning the power supply off with the torch lit and it just blows out the flame and thats it no BOOM! very nice

I dont know if you might find this useful or not, but I needed to cut some 316 for my HHO cells so I built a plasma cutter for under $300. Check it out watch?v=6W3tLDBdPQQ
