Description:

Hello on this Wednesday, the 6 day of June 2007. I'm Kristin Volk with a UPI Headline Update. Republican presidential hopefuls took the stage last night, many criticizing President Bush's handling of the Iraq war. The debate, which was held in New Hampshire, included talk about Iraq, health care and global warming. Most of them defended the 2003 invasion of Iraq, but those like Senator John McCain said the war was badly mismanaged for a long time. Senator Sam Brownback told the audience that he supports breaking Iraq up into separate Shiite, Sunni and Kurdish regions. The Pope escaped a security scare today after a man attempted to jump into the back of his open-air vehicle in St. Peter's Square. The pontiff, who was there to give his weekly address, seemed unaware of the incident that happened behind him. The man launched himself over a crowd of people and barricades as the popemobile passed by. Six security guards wrestled him to the ground. The man is reportedly being held for questioning by Vatican police. President Bush is discounting Russian President Vladimir Putin's threats to aim missiles at targets in Europe. In an interview today, Bush said Russia is not going to attack Europe. The President also said no U.S. military response is needed because the country is not at war with Russia. Bush is expected to meet with Putin today, and he says he doesn't anticipate a tense encounter. Workers digging pipelines in the Ukraine have unearthed a mass grave from World War Two. The remains of thousands of Jews killed by Nazis were found in a village near Odessa. The Nazis had reportedly established a concentration camp near that village. The workman discovered hair, children's toys, skulls and pieces of clothing. Work at the site has stopped while authorities attempt to identify the victims. Thanks for watching today's new headline, and join us tomorrow for more news and updates.

Read on the white house website: whitehouse . gov/news/releases/2007/05/20070509-12.html In May 2007, the US government released a presidential directive which allows the president to remove the separation of powers. A state without separation of powers is called dictatorship, by the definition of the term! Congressman DeFazio wanted to read the classified part: He was rejected! How does a government get a dictatorship over the people without a revolution? Problem, Reaction, Solution! This is the answer for the Bu$h administration to gain total power over the people. Create a PROBLEM "illegal immigration, 9/11" REACTION... people are outraged! Say a cave man terrorists did it. The people will believe anything at this point. SOLUTION Homeland Security, Civilian Spy Program, Patriot Act, Take away rights, Martial Law Well, Thats how Hitler did it.
